The Provincial Party Committee has decided that Mr. Luan Jian will serve as the Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Shandong State-owned Assets Investment Holding Co., Ltd; Comrade Li Guangqing was relieved of his position as Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Shandong Provincial State-owned Assets Investment Holding Co., Ltd.
