Luan Jian commented on the work situation of four enterprises one by one and put forward requirements for doing a good job in the next step of business management. He emphasized the need to fully grasp the responsibilities and positioning of state-owned enterprises, further improve their political standing, fully implement the decisions and deployments of the provincial party committee and government, be brave in breaking through and innovating, take on responsibilities, and go all out to become stronger, better, and larger; We need to accelerate the transformation of development concepts, further adjust investment concepts and strategies, focus on major strategies such as the transformation of old and new driving forces and green, low-carbon, and high-quality development, target strategic emerging industries, effectively improve the quality of investment and financing, and firmly achieve green, low-carbon, and high-quality development; We need to continuously optimize our business methods, adhere to doing something and not doing anything, improve the investment and operation structure and management evaluation mechanism, pay more attention to investment quality and efficiency, concentrate advantages, integrate resources, and gather development; We need to strictly control operational risks, adjust and improve investment control mechanisms, focus on the main business, ensure that incremental business does not generate risks, and focus on strengthening equity investment in high-quality listed enterprises; We need to improve supporting measures, strengthen coordination between the upper and lower levels, form a joint development force, concentrate resources on investing in large projects, and focus on our strengths to accomplish great things.
