The propulsion conference on major new-traditional kinetic energy conversion construction and 2018 annual work conference was held by Shandong State-owned Assets Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. in Jinan from March 8 to March 9. The conference conveyed and learned the Central Economic Working Conference spirit, economic work and financial work conference spirits of our province, propulsion conference spirit on further reforming state-owned enterprises and state-owned assets conference of the whole province, and the spirits in overall mobilization meeting on new-traditional kinetic energy conversion construction of our province and oath-taking rally of new-traditional kinetic energy conversion construction of provincial enterprises, reviewed the work in 2017, analyzed the current conditions and arranged various key work in 2018. At the conference, principals of 17 ownership enterprises made speeches; signed the party construction work implement liability statement 2018, liability statement of the main body of construction of the party conduct and of an honest and clean government, and issued the 2018 annual assessment targets of the main work for ownership enterprises.

Li Guangqing, secretary of CPC and chairman of the company made a speech to deploy the propulsion work for new-traditional kinetic energy conversion construction and 2018 reform and development of party construction, put forward specific requirements to require the whole company to take part in the overall new-traditional kinetic energy conversion of the whole province, so as to achieve the high-quality development under the principle of 'seeking progress in stability'; comprehensively deepen the enterprise reform and motivate vigor internal vitality; promote the party construction work to a higher level under the legal ways. Li Zhiqiang, secretary of Committee for Discipline Inspection, made detailed arrangements for the construction of the party conduct and of an honest and clean government. Wang Hong, president of the company made detailed arrangements for the overall production operation and management of the company in 2018.

It was agreed at the conference that the company made a great breakthrough in reform and development and party construction of the company in 2017. The whole company conscientiously implemented the deployments of the provincial party committee and government and provincial SASAC, and made great efforts in stable growth maintenance, structural adjustment, reform promotion, kinetic energy conversion, risk control and party construction reinforcement, under which, all businesses got further development, and the company stepped into a new stage of development.

It was agreed that 2018 represents the first year to carry out the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the CPC and also a key year of transition to execute the '13th Five-Year Plan'. The company should take the advantages of 'SDIC opportunity' in new-traditional kinetic energy conversion to develop new kinetic energy and transform traditional kinetic energy; strengthen the active awareness of reforms, understand the key points of reforms and further promote the key tasks of the reforms; conduct party construction under legal ways, enhance the overall party self-discipline responsibility system, strengthen the primary-level organization construction, promote the special education and reinforce construction of the party conduct and of an honest and clean government and work style construction. It was emphasized at the conference that the whole company should adhere to the total keynote of the 'seeking progress in stability', establish the working target for high-quality development and take the propulsion of new-traditional kinetic energy conversion construction as the breakthrough to keep unremitting and dauntless spirit, thus achieving the sustained, rapid and sound development of the company.
